Post kidney transplant care

After a successful kidney transplant, kidney function and immunosuppression are managed by your kidney transplant center doctors and advanced practitioners. Based on kidney transplant center guideline, you may be referred to a general nephrologist, especially after 6 to 12 months of kidney transplantation. We provide care to those patients along with your transplant specialists to monitor transplanted kidney function and to monitor and adjust kidney transplant medication.
