Darcel is an AANP certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in  Chicago, Illinois, and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chicago State University in 2008. Darcel has RN experience in Telemetry, ICU Stepdown, and Nephrology. She received her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in Addison, Ill. in December of 2020. Darcel relocated to Memphis to work as a Dialysis RN, then as a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner in 2021. She joined Mid-South Nephrology in August 2022 and focuses her practice on the treatment of dialysis patients.

Darcel and her husband are the proud parents of three kids and three dogs.
