Dr. Elefan obtained his medical degree from The University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 2005. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center in 2012 followed by a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Elefan began practicing Nephrology since 2014 and joined Mid-South Nephrology in 2018. He is an active member of the American Society of Nephrology, the National Kidney Foundation, and the Phi Sigma Biological Sciences Honor Society at the University of Philippines.
